Overview:

A rare opportunity to join a professional accounting firm who is looking for a Junior Investment Accountant. You will ideally have experience of working in practice or experience within a financial role.

The Wealth team delivers regular investment analysis to individuals and families, consolidating their entire net worth. Report types include wealth consolidation, investment performance, expenditure analysis and management accounts.

Their clients are typically Ultra High Net Wealth (UHNW) individuals or families, each of whom are unique and all require a precisely tailored service.

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:

* Bookkeeping client accounts
* Responsibility for data integrity
* Performing reconciliation of bank records vs systems
* Working closely with the investment accountants, to sign off on client records
* Assisting in the preparation of wealth reports, performance reports, expenditure analysis and management accounts
* General administration on behalf of clients
* Cash flow analysis and raising payments
* Day to day filing and archiving
* Development of processes and procedures to accommodate changing client requirements

To be successful in this role you'll have:

* Have previous bookkeeping or back-office experience
* Have the desire to always produce work of the highest quality on a timely basis
* Have strong IT skills
* Be interested in an accounting or investment career.
