Pearson Whiffin Education are looking for an experienced and qualified SENCO to take on a new role based in a primary school in Dover. The appointed SENCO should carry a nationally recognised SENCO qualification and have experience in a similar role.

This SENCO role will require a passionate and proactive candidate with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships. The successful candidate, will take a leading role in the implementation of a school wide vision to ensure all pupils achieve their very best.

To be successful in this role you will need:

* Have an excellent understanding of SEND provisions in primary schools
* Be fully committed to the development of inclusive school wide visions
* The ability to manage any instances of challenging behaviour
* Be able to plan and deliver exceptional and inspirations lessons
* The up-to-date knowledge of current teaching practices and safeguarding legislation
