My client is seeking an ERP Support Analyst to join their fast paced and growing team.



The new member of staff would be the first point of contact for all functional and technical queries on IFS Apps 9 ERP and once live IFS Cloud systems including:

* Day-to-day queries on Work Orders, Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Projects, HR and Manufacturing across a multi-company, multi-site operation with a number of different functional areas for a 200 end-user 350 employee company.
* Process design and best-practice champion for the business - developing, testing and obtaining approval for system business process changes in line with company change request process/
* Writing, testing, deploying and documenting CRIMS ( custom events / menus / API's) using PL/SQL within a Oracle 19C Database. Produce relevant process notes for use of new fields / events.
* Documenting of CRIMS for end-users to understand
* Raising Cases to obtain fixes for issues identified in the System after preforming functional testing of end-user reported issues.
* Installing and testing any fixes supplied by IFS
* Support interactions with external system - using IFS Connect
* Creation and development of lobbies and permission sets to balance business and compliance requirements.



IFS Cloud Upgrade



* Act as main IT day-to-day point on contact for Data Centre Server 2012 hosted Apps 9 to Cloud Hosted IFS Cloud migration - 10 month project time-line
* Working with IFS Upgrade Project Manager to ensure that Work Order process - used in 4 different ways around the business - is signed off prior to Go-Live
* Liaising with Upgrade Partner to ensure data integrity
* Rationalisation of Apps 9 CRIMS and in conjunction with Upgrade Partner and deployment to IFS Cloud in line with new business processes as agreed.



Person Specification:

* Looking for an individual who can work independently and self-prioritise work loading according to company urgency
* Who likes a challenge and is logical when trying to identify system errors or user errors (ie identifying its not a system issue but staff not following process- maybe a training issue)
* Can communicate to staff in a non technical manner
* Can train staff or educate staff on best user practise
* Can travel from time to time when required to remote sites to assist users
* Be able to quickly understand numerous business processes and look at how to make them more efficient
* Has strong documentational skills
* Be able to influence senior staff when change in the system is required to create business efficiencies

Desirable experience

Have supported an ERP system (ideally IFS experience )

Understands process management and can write process controls

Understands permission sets (functions and roles) within IFS

Understand CRIMS and the workings of

Understand SQL for specific report generation
