We are currently looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work on a 1:1 basis with children in the Maidstone area. The role will be part time, hours can be flexible with an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management and pastoral skills and be able to engage with children aged 14-16 who are no longer in education. They will be able to develop a good relationship with them and have the ability to mentor and support them in student led sessions.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience working with challenging children of secondary age in an educational environment and have good pastoral skills.

At Pearson Whiffin Education we specialise in working with secondary schools across Kent. You might have experience working in summer schools, church schools, youth groups or taken on tutoring in the past but want to step into schools and develop that experience.
