Technical Sales Estimator required to join a leading manufacturing business based in Sittingbourne. The business have experienced significant growth in the last few years and continue to lead the way with a supportive and strong people focused ethic.

Working Monday - Friday this role is available for immediate hire on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Estimator:

* Dealing with enquiries and provide technical support internally and externally to solve problems and promote ideas and products·
* Working alongside the external sales team to ensure customer's requirements are understood and expectations are met.
* Training customers, distributors and internal staff.
* Preparation of quotations including clarification of detail from customers and external sales team·
* Providing a strong technical and design based service across all areas
* Working on projects to complete within the agreed timeframe
* Dealing with Customer Complaints and Process Improvements Requests and providing solutions and improvements

To be successful in application for the Technical Sales Estimator you will be able to demonstrate competence in areas including:

* Customer service experience in a pressurised and fast paced role
* Experience in Internal sales and/or estimating
* Experience working with internal CRM Systems and CAD knowledge
* Work with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Hold strong aptitude for understanding technical information
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Ideal candidates will be graduates with a relevant degree within Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths areas with around one year of experience in industry to support practical skills.
