Trainee Teaching Assistant

Due to changes in the market, primary schools are desperate to find hardworking Teaching Assistants for long-term and permanent vacancies. You might have previously worked as a childminder or recently volunteered in a local primary school. Whatever your level of experience, we want to hear from!

Requirements for the role;

* Previous experience working with children in some capacity
* Passion for supporting young pupils
* Strong behaviour management
* Basic knowledge of the UK's curriculum
* Approachable and understanding attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills related to the role
* Some experience with SEN children (desirable but not essential)
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to acquire)
