£35,000 to £45,000, plus commission, company car, private healthcare, generous pension & lots more!



Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

As a Territory Manager for Surgical, you will be responsible for promoting the Surgical care portfolio and demonstrating added-value services to achieve maximum sales in accordance with established targets for the territory. This field based commercial position will report into the Field Sales Manager UK.



The successful candidate will be a goal driven and tenacious Sales Professional with a hunter mind set to uncover new business opportunities. You will have the ability to produce creative and appropriate sales solutions to help drive business in the territory and own a flex style approach to be able to connect with different points within a theatre or hospital environment.



Duties:

* Driving sales of SES range and other disposables in allocated accounts
* Launching and driving sales of new products into allocated accounts
* Detailing products to ophthalmologists as well as other relevant clinical staff.
* Working closely with IOL specialist and business development teams to identify and close sales into the National Health Service and other structures to gain new business
* Working closely with Key Account team to deliver drive lines into Key Accounts as appropriate.



Required:

* Knowledge of National Health Service structures and hospital sales
* Medical devices background Desirable
* Ability to gain complex clinical knowledge of products
* Ability to gain knowledge of complex legal selling cycles
* Energetic and proactive individual
