Role: Customer Service Admin - French speaking - Temp to Perm
Salary: £23,000 + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits
Hours 8am - 5pm
I am working with a successful international business based in Staines and they are looking for a French Customer Service Administrator to join their team as they continue to grow. You will work in a team supporting French customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in an open-plan, smart, professional corporate environment. * You will be looking after French Customers
* Managing your own workload, working to set deadlines
* Managing the existing and new data in Excel
* Data entry with high attention to detail, looking for any anomalies
* Compiling a list of actions, following your data input
* Sending out letters to customers regarding billing
* Responding to email enquires
* Speaking to customers and assisting with their queries
* You will be fluent in English and French, speaking and writing
* Able to use Microsoft Packages, confident using Excel
* And be able to start immediately
