Job Title: Sales Administrator
Salary: £22,000 - 28,000 DOE
Location: Maidstone
Our client, a successful and established electrical company, have a rare opening for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Administrator to join their team.
Duties include:
* Handling incoming telephone and email queries, liaising effectively with customers to resolve enquiries and provide information.
* Accurate and timely management of the order and invoicing process, from quotations through to delivery and chasing payments.
* Using systems such as Sage and Amazon Portal to input accurate order, invoice, and billing information.
* Managing stock levels, including maintaining stock lists, daily pricing updates, and leading on 6 monthly stock checks.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a busy, fast paced office administration role.
* Strong IT skills, ideally with knowledge of Sage.
* Great attention to detail under pressure.
* A strong telephone manner and ability to build strong working relationships.
* A positive, flexible attitude.
