Production Operative

£10.50 - £11.50ph

Rotating Shifts - 6:00am - 2:00pm/ 1.40pm - 9.40pm. (Mon-Fri)

An exciting new role as Production Operative has opened within a well- established global supplier organisation, on an ongoing temporary basis for 6 months, located in Tonbridge.

Out client is looking for an immediate starter who is driven and keen to learn within a busy production environment and looking for a new challenge!

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

* Working within a fast-paced production team
* Packing products accurately ensuring they are ready for dispatch including packing liquids and resins into containers, labelling and putting into boxes
* Supporting the shift manager in all areas of production
* Focusing on upskilling a range of processes
* Operating various machines and equipment to manufacture products to the correct product specifications
* Assembling products and carrying out quality checks

* Ensuring that standards are met within the Production department

* Abiding to Health and Safety guidelines



The successful candidate will have/ be:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive with a positive work attitude
* Confident working amongst a team and independently
* Able to adhere to tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience within a similar production role (Desired not essential
