£22,000 - £26,000 PLUS a performance bonus, pension scheme, 20 days holiday

Required: Mon - Friday 09:00AM - 5:30PM /Some weekend availability



Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join a successful and international manufacturing business based in Guildford, who are market-leaders in their industry!

Due to rapid growth the team are expanding and looking for enthusiastic German speaking customer service representatives to join.

You will be supporting with translating and over-looking the customer delivery to the companies European consumers.

The company covers over 21 countries throughout Europe and into South Africa.

You will be working in a buzzing office alongside 7 other passionate Customer Service Advisors, supporting them with the processing of the orders, through live chats, high-volume calls and always maintaining exceptional customer service!!

You will have strong written skills, be an excellent communicator and have experience and working in busy /fast-paced environments!!
