Role: Administrator - Temp to Perm

Location: Slough

Hourly rate: £13ph + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm, 37.5 hours a week

We are working with a successful utility business based in Slough that is looking for a new addition to its team. This is an immediate start with the opportunity to apply for the permanent position. Working in a close-knit team, you will support with Admin tasks and be the point of contact for the engineers when they need guidance. It is a lively office, where no two days are the same!

Responsibilities:

* You will update information in the system, with high attention to detail
* Producing and raising POs for all work
* Raising delivery notes
* Receipting onto the system
* Uploading the engineer's paperwork
* Responding to any enquiries
* Answering calls/emails with queries on POs
* Supporting the Admin manager with any other Administration support

We'd love to speak to you if;

* You have experience in an administration role before
* You are a confident user of MS office, particularly Excel and CRM systems
* You are available immediately
