We are currently working with a Microsoft Partner and provider of Cloud Transformation services to enterprise customers of the UK public sector to search for an IT Service Designer to join them on a permanent working basis.

The organisation consults with back-office teams to modernise their infrastructure through the implementation of Microsoft cloud products such as M365 and Azure, resulting in either a hybrid or fully cloud based environment.

They are going through a key period of growth and need someone to be responsible for all ITIL processes in the business and contribute towards the governance, maintenance, and development of these processes.

Key Responsibilities: -

* On-going development and maintenance of ITIL processes including governance
* Policies and procedures, associated risk and control plans, for example ensuring ITIL compliance and optimal operational effectiveness
* Work closely with the Service Operation teams to understand and define their IT support requirements and feed this into either service design or continual service improvement activities
* Contribute to the IT strategy for service design purposes, service continuity, continual service improvement, ensuring the alignment with wider strategic business and technology initiatives

Experience Required: -

* ITIL Foundation
* Strong experience working within complex programmes of change
* Strong knowledge of IT service design and implementation methodology
* Business Improvement techniques
* Able to present ideas clearly to a non-technical audience
