Our Not for Profit client is recruiting a HR Advisor to support with their Recruitment and ER responsibilities across the business. The national organisation employs 300 permanent employees across the UK and this role is to be based at their head office in Reigate for a 9 month maternity cover.

Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will support the HR Director in the development of staff, recruitment and on-boarding and policy and procedures. you will provide a professional, effective and customer focused HR expertise to the organisation in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have experience of internal recruitment and managing employee engagement cases.
