Senior Development Manager

Working for a Local Authority that has a large and diverse portfolio of Capital Projects and needs high calibre project and programme management to help shape and deliver plans to deliver key projects to support the Borough's growth strategy.

* This is a full-time 2 year fixed term position, working at offices, plus hybrid working and flexi-time
* £68,522 - £76,420/annum salary

The project has a circa.£100m construction value, with a GDV of over £250m. Based in and around NW4, you will have overall responsibility for leading the delivery on behalf of the London Borough. Responsible for leading the project team to ensure that the project is managed, and that all delivery risk is managed and mitigated as far as possible. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance regarding procurement, land and property transactions, and decision making. You will also be responsible for manoeuvring the project through local government governance and political approval processes.

Is this you?

* RICS qualified
* 5 years development experience, preferably within the public sector
* An understanding of mixed tenure residential schemes and placemaking
* A thorough understanding of the development cycle (RIBA work stages)
