I am currently working with a construction supplier who due to growth are looking for a customer service advisor to join their team,
This is a permanent role and due to the location candidates must drive and have their own transport.
Responsibilities of the customer service advisor:
• Playing an active role in contributing to the team and department targets across a number of KPI’s.
• Ensuring all promises made to internal and external customers are fulfilled
• Providing an outstanding level of customer service which includes providing help and product advice as required.
• Liaising with relevant suppliers, couriers and manufacturers in relation to orders and/or queries.
• Resolving all customer issues whilst demonstrating a “nothing is too much trouble” approach at all times.
The suitable candidate for the customer service advisor:
• Must drive due to location
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communicator with a great phone manner.
• Well-developed keyboard and PC skills.
• Able to work to a high degree of accuracy, often under pressure.

• Working hours are on a shift rotation: 2 weeks early & 1 week late + every other weekend ( just 1 day on the early shift - you will also get a day off in lieu in the week)
• early shift is between - 7am-5pm (you will only work 8 hours during this time frame)
• late shift - 10:30am-8:30pm (you will only work 8 hours during this time frame)
• Weekend (1 day worked every other week) - 7am - 5pm - (you will only work 8 hours during this time frame)
