Join one of the largest insurers in the world.
The successful post-holder will play an integral part in supporting executive office operations whilst providing day-to-day support to the Company Secretary and the Executive Team.
You will have advanced administration skills as well as be proactive with strong attention to detail. Whilst managing multiple priorities, this role will offer development opportunities and the chance to work across the business in a supportive and collaborative culture.
* Executive Administration Assistant
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties include but are not limited to:
* Assisting with diary management for the CEO including reviewing and prioritising incoming emails and post and respond accordingly.
* Providing executive support including taking meeting minutes, organising meetings, extensive travel booking and managing executive expenses.
* Providing full range meeting and events support for Board meetings, offsite meetings, Christmas parties and social events.
* Providing support for company/office projects including research on potential projects.
* Other administrative tasks and support as required.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
* Previous office administration experience is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to focus and produce work under pressure.
* Strong time management skills.
* Diligent and excellent organisation skills.
* Discreet with confidential matters.
* One-team focused with the ability to build relationships.
* High level of competency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to use reporting and presentation tools.
What you need to know:
* Permanent role
* Based in the City of London for 3 days and home for 2 days per week
* Salary to £35,000 (depending on skills set and level of experience)
