A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager/PA to work for my client, a prestigious property company based in the heart of Sevenoaks.

This is a fast-paced and demanding role, with no two days the same. You will be responsible for juggling your office manager, PA, and secretarial duties. Working in close collaboration with the director and administration team.

Responsibilities include:

Providing PA and secretarial support to the director and wider team
Compliance
Diary Management
Invoicing
Purchase Orders and payments
Expenses
Property management
Office maintenance & procurement
Organising events
Health and Safety
Attending management meetings and taking minutes
ISO Accreditation

About you:

You must have demonstrated experience in office management, be able to hit the ground running, multi-task, take the lead, take initiative, be well organised, meticulous, and remain calm under pressure.

Monday to Friday 9-5:30
