£23K - £25K plus 25 days holiday, bonus scheme, health insurance, pension plus potential to earn commission!

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (open to part time candidates)

Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join a global engagement agency dedicated to delivering magic in live and virtual events, strategy, content, and production.

As their Office & Finance Co-Ordinator you will be ambitious, flexible and a real people person! You will have influence over shaping this new role! This will be a 50/50 split between the Office Co-Ordinator side and the Finance side.

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:

Office Co-Ordinator

* Manage post, parcel deliveries, and visitors to the office
* Answer the office phone and reroute calls as needed
* Restocking office supplies within kitchen and bathrooms
* Restocking printers with paper and organising shredding collection
* When clients are visiting, arranging lunch with external caterers
* Keeping kitchen cupboards/fridges/sideboards adequately stocked
* Tidying of general office space, especially pre client visits
* Various ad hoc duties such as core office management, general IT support (no technical requirement) and sometimes preparation for large events
* Work collaboratively with Board, Peers, and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects.
* Attend company training days as and when required.
* Attend company meetings as and when required.
* Undertake any additional task as required to support the business

Finance Co-Ordinator

* Check supplier invoices and staff personal expenses for compliance and process in Sage accounting
* Assist the Finance team with record keeping such as entering and filing the purchase invoices
* Setting up Project Job numbers in our Excel database/time recording system/Sage accounting
* Enter invoices raised by the Project Finance team into Sage Accounting
* Other Ad-Hoc requests to help support the finance team
* Input of timesheet activity on a weekly basis

Required:

* Some understanding of finance and be motivated to learn more
* Quick learner and eager
* Good communication skills
* Proficient using Word, Excel and Office
* Able to multitask and prioritise
* Attention to detail
