Your new role

As the Employers Agent you will develop briefs for your clients and assemble capable project delivery teams, you will procure all needed services to prepare and develop a project to planning submission/tender. In addition, you will also get to prepare successful, accurate tender and contract packages and handle the tender process.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be degree educated (or equivalent) and will ideally be RICS qualified. You will be passionate about construction and come from either a Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Project Management background. You'll be able demonstrate experience of working as an Employers Agent under a JCT, D&B or similar contract.
