An exciting opportunity to join a leading independent, international Lloyds broker based in the City of London with a global network of branch offices.



Our client is looking for an experienced market professional who can lead the placement of new & renewal international D&F property risks into the Lloyds/Company and overseas markets. In addition, you will service / manage all aspects of a designated portfolio liaising with TP producers, cedents and branch offices.



* Senior Broker - International Property (D&F)



Role summary:

- You will be responsible for analysing risks and providing advice and guidance to clients on the structure of appropriate coverage.

- Devise a suitable placement strategies

- Prepare market presentations and lead negotiation with markets to obtain quotations.

- Resolve subjectivities and warranties

- Oversee and coordinate the complete placement cycle

- Address client queries within the coverage period



What you need:

* Essential - Experience in a similar broker / client account management role within the Lloyds/Company market.
* Essential - Ability to draft MRC slips and endorsements
* Desirable - Exposure to large and complex property risks eg. mining and industrial sites
* Desirable - Experience working with LATAM and Middle Eastern clients
* Desirable - Ability to communicate in French or Spanish
