Block Manager Wanted in Teddington

Established in 1929, the company has been providing expert property advice for over 90 years with expert knowledge and experience of South West London, Surrey, Middlesex and the surrounding areas.

Provides clients with a full range of property services including valuation, agency, property management, lease consultancy, project management, building surveying, development consultancy and investment.

Your new role


* Managing a portfolio of residential blocks / estates.
* Assisting the Head of Property Management to provide a full and professional property services to clients and leaseholders alike.
* Ensuring compliance with the Landlord & Tenant Act, specifically with regards to carrying out and managing Section 20 Consultations.
* Conducting site visits and carrying out regular inspections of properties to ensure their upkeep.
* Scheduling and attending client board meetings, including AGM's and directors meetings.
* Producing annual budgets in line with planned works and previous expenditure.
* Arranging regular risk assessments for each property within the portfolio and ensuring necessary works are carried out promptly.

What you'll need to succeed


* Proven track record working in residential property management and of the Landlord & Tenant Act.
* Lives within a commuting distance from the Teddington office.
* Possesses excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Able to identify and analyse information within short time frames.
* Work as part of team and as an individual.

The Block Manager role is £30,000 - £45,000 + benefits
