Marketing Executive

Location: Guildford

Salary: Up to £35k per annum PLUS yearly bonus

Benefits include: 20 days holiday per year, plus 2 days at Christmas and your birthday, pension, hybrid working - first 6 weeks full time in the office, once comfortable with the role then this will revert to a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, monthly team socials and other perks

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to work for a fast-growing brand which is based both in the UK and across Europe. To help this growth we are looking for an experienced marketing executive to help plan, implement and improve our marketing activities. You will work with our Brand Director to plan, manage and implement our strategies.

Key experience required:

* Strategic planning and execution
* Email marketing
* Social media planning and publishing
* Website conversion rate optimisation
* Affiliate campaigns management
* Price comparison website campaigns management
* Post analysis for marketing campaigns
* Article writing
* Press release activity

Daily duties include:

* Planning campaigns for the launch of new products across - social, website and within the press.
* Co-ordinating the creation and distribution of assets including the instruction manual, box design, photography, videos, web banners, webpage text, promotional blogs, press releases.
* Monthly campaigns for our range of products across the seasons, for example in the summer we would concentrate on fans and publish across the website, blog, social and PR photos, banners, blogs and press releases to support this. In the winter this would change to support material for dehumidifiers.

Person specification:

A successful applicant will show evidence of having worked in a similar role and will be able to plan and work independently on these activities and will bring experience and new ideas to help challenge the current team and grow the brand.

* Strong attention to detail
* Experience required either a marketing degree and three years of industry experience or five years in a marketing role.
* Perfectionist
* Can use their initiative able to come up with new ideas willing to learn all about company products to better their performance confident in communicating verbally and over email with external stake holders
* Very organised
* Good time management
* Can work under pressure / tight deadlines / larger workload
