My client is looking to recruit to the key of Finance Business Partner to join a diverse, multi-sited organisation. 

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Group to provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance for strategic decision-making
- Partner with department heads to develop, monitor and manage budgets, including ongoing insight and advice
- Provide support and guidance in financial planning and forecasting
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, with all associated commentary and reporting
- Support ad hoc financial analysis projects and initiatives as required

Applications are sought from experienced management accountants/ business partners who enjoy working closely with a variety of stakeholders. You’ll be well versed on the month end processes and revel in bringing finance to non finance people. You’ll have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail, with first-rate communication and interpersonal skills alongside the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.  Flexible/ hybrid working options are available.
