Job Title: Customer Service Advisor



Salary: £21-24,000



Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions
* Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless order entry and fulfilment
* Coordinate with internal teams and partners to track order status and provide timely updates to customers
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying up selling opportunities based on their needs
* Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions, track inquiries, and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

* Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
* Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for providing excellent customer service
