Job Title: Marketing/Admin Assistant
Location: Benenden - Your own transport is required due to the location of the office in the countryside
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Hybrid working: Yes, there is the opportunity to Work from home 1-2 days a week once trained
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000pa
Your key responsibilities as a Marketing/Admin Assistant would be:
* Digital marketing: creating content for the company Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts, including news of new products or events.
* Analysing online metrics.
* Creating surveys/questionnaires for the followers to refine the target market.
* Optimising the company website to ensure it is SEO friendly.
* Securing editorial via the existing media contacts and managing all media campaigns.
* Drafting marketing emails to the existing database.
* Ensuring the company brand and image is correctly portrayed throughout all marketing.
* Attending any marketing events and conduct research into potential opportunities.
* Answering telephone calls and emails from customers, both potential and existing.
* Dealing with enquiries regarding products and services, as servicing existing clients, be that arranging installations, booking hotels, or providing updates on the customers projects, etc.
* Arranging meetings for the Director.
We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:
* A qualification or background in Digital marketing
* Proven experience as professional digital marketing personnel
* Understanding of SEO tools (Google analytics, etc.)
* Knowledge of latest trends and Social media marketing techniques
* Familiarity across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
* Familiarity with basic editing software to create/amend brochures, newsletters, adverts.
