Sales Order Processor - Part-time - Immediate start!
LOCATION: Langley, Hybrid (1 day work from home)
HOURLY RATE: £14ph + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits +
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 20 hours a week, 4 hours a day
DURATION: Ongoing temping
We are currently working with a growing international healthcare business, who are looking to expand its team. They are looking for someone who has high attention to detail and is looking to work part-time, 4 hours a day. The hours that you will work are flexible and be worked between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm. You will work in a Sales Order Processor position, so will have had experience in the same position or a role that required capturing information accurately and efficiently. You will work in a close-knit team in an ongoing temp position.
Duties will include:
* Supporting the Operations Manager
* Checking incoming orders
* Processing new orders onto the business system with a high attention to detail
* Cross checking any queries relating to the order and reporting to the Operations Manager
* As required supporting the sales team with any Administration
About you:
* You will be available to start work immediately
* Confident user of MS office and CRM systems
* Able to work 4 hours a day in the office, 4 days a week, and once trained you will be able to work from home on Fridays
