As a Part-Qualified Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, supporting the company`s financial management and decision-making processes. You will work closely with senior management, providing accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasts, and reports that will contribute to the overall strategic planning and operational efficiency of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and business cases for new projects and investments.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making on pricing, profitability, and investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors during the annual audit process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in management accounting.

Requirements:

- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/ CIMA) or equivalent, with progress towards qualification.
- Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and practices.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous but not essential.
