Your new role
As Brand Executive you will be responsible for one of their brands, where you will drive Brand and Marketing plans to support the sales growth plans for the brand.

* Identifying Brand opportunities, working with the Marketing Manager and General Manager (IRE) to implement Marketing strategies
* Deliver multichannel Marketing campaigns across all channels including in-store, online and offline to promote the brand
* Write engaging content for Social Media, blogs and print materials
* Brief in-house designers and external agencies
* Work closely with the sales reps to support Business Development
* Carry out competitor performance and provide recommendations
* Identify relevant industry influencers and brand ambassadors to help grow the brand through social and PR
* Provide support to wider Marketing team
* Support and attend brand events
* There may be occasional travel to Ireland to support the wider team

What you'll need to succeed

* At least 2 years in a similar Marketing/Brand role
* Degree in Marketing related subject
* Previous experience in Hair or Beauty industry, preferably but not essential
* Commercial mindset
* Excellent project management, experience in delivering campaigns
* A passion for design, creative and brand thinking
* Ability to manage senior relationships
* Experience in Adobe suite is preferable but not essential
