Permanent, Term Time plus 3 weeks in holidays



£29,000 - £35,360 (Full time salary) plus 8 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, 8% pension, generous CPD, cycle to work, free lunches and supportive encouraging environment.



Office based, Twickenham, limited parking - recommend using public transport



Monday to Friday, 7.45am - 4.15pm (40-hour week)



Start date: November



Overview:

This is a newly created position seeking a well-organised and professional PA to the Head with a passion for working in the Education sector (education experience desirable, not essential!)

You will be self-motivated and confidential in your approach to this successful, flourishing, forward thinking independent school, ensuring the smooth operation of diary management and serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external enquiries.

* Diary management, travel and accommodation
* Dealing with external visitors
* Responsible for all communication and PR
* Line manage the Reception Team
* Admission Administration
* Liaison with Governors & Parents Association
* Firefly System support
* Parent Calendar
* Minute taking and reporting
* Project Support

To be successful in this role you'll have:

* Experience working in a similar role, education industry desirable not essential
* First Aid qualification desirable
* High level people and communication skills
* Good Excel and Word knowledge, great attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
* Must have a high level of personal integrity and confidentiality
* Flexible and willing to support colleagues when short-staffed or in peak times
