Our client, a highly regarded firm with a strong presence, has been offering specialised payroll and accounting services in the UK for more than a decade. Situated in the bustling Canterbury City Centre, they are actively seeking skilled administrators to become part of their dynamic and expanding team.

The company offers very competitive salaries, the working hours are 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch and a very friendly and vibrant working environment.

Key Duties Roles and Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support to ensure smooth running of payroll office
* Liaising with existing clients/new clients via telephone and email
* Support with the conversion of new clients
* Assisting Account Managers in preparing and following up on boarding paperwork
* Maintain/update company systems
* General administration support for other departments when required
* Continuously look for way to improve current practice and processes

Skills Required

* Strong background in administration support
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office/365
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Attention to detail is essential
