Temp Finance Officer

Do you have finance experience within the education sector?

£16.44-£18.14ph plus exclusive agency benefits including retailer discounts, temp of the month awards, holiday allowance, pension, planting a tree in your name and dedicated consultant support.

Kingston, Office-based

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours)

Start date: Asap!

Temp with the possibility to go permanent after a probationary period, if successful the perm benefits are : £24,989 to £27,576 pro rata, 6 weeks holiday, pension, free eye tests, discounted membership, study package, cycle to work scheme



Daily duties include:

* Purchase & Sales Ledger
* Processing invoices
* Ordering and expenses
* Bookkeeping
* Raising purchase orders
* Placing orders and checking orders when arrived
* Good communication skills as will be liaising with other sites



Required:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Experience within an education environment
* Proficient in Excel (V-Look ups and Pivot tables etc)
* Proactive attitude
* Strong organisation and communication skills
