I am seeking a highly organised and responsible Service Coordinator to join a small organisation in Maidstone. In this position, you will manage customer service interactions, coordinate service team activities, and ensure the smooth operation of our service department. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving service excellence.

Responsibilities for the service coordinator:

Act as the first point of contact for service inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers.
Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations, balancing workload and prioritising urgent requests.
Monitor service progress and follow up with technicians and customers to ensure timely resolution of service calls.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician schedules, and customer interactions in our service management system.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate parts ordering, billing, and warranty claims.

Qualifications & experience required for the service coordinator:

Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or similar office based role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and service team members.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Salary £30000
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (1 in 3 Saturdays to work just 3 hours)
28 days holiday + bank holiday

Due to the location you do need to drive and have your own transport
