Job responsibilities - Product Specialist

This is a diverse and exciting position. The role includes :

* Creating tutorial videos using screen recordings and AI voiceovers
* Helping create and produce more advanced YouTube tutorials and how-to
* Helping promote the product with our marketing and PR teams
* Bug testing our platform and mobile apps
* Writing software documentation
* Working on website content
* Assisting customers to help get them started on our platform
* Helping keep our product changelog up to date
* Providing basic support to customers who have questions or need advice
* Helping shape the future development of the product

You will be busy.

This is a technical product but our customers are almost always not technical people. Explaining things in a clear, concise and friendly way is critical.

You don't need to have completed a technical degree, however, this is a technical product, and you need to be bright and willing enough to learn.

What we're looking for: Product Specialist

* Possesses an energetic get-up-and-go attitude
* Organise your day / self-motivated and highly organised
* Enjoys working closely in a small team
* Has superb attention to detail
* Can work with minimal supervision
* Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A graduate with a 2.1 or higher
* Has previous work experience of at least 1 year
