I am working with a high performing media publishing company in Maidstone who are looking to continue their growth and development within their successful sales team.

They are looking to hire a motivated sales executive to join them!

The sales executive will be responsible for:

Speak to customers via telephone/face to face and email to discuss media/publishing platforms best for them to increase sales
Generate new leads by prospecting and meeting customers and networking
Establish new target markets and penetrate them to identify new prospects
Account manage customers and continue to grow existing accounts
Monthly international travel to attend trade shows and exhibitions

Skills/Experience required for the sales executive include:

Previous sales experience working within media is essential
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills written & verbal
Money hungry and keen to succeed and develop
Candidates must have passport and be happy for international travel
Candidates must be a driver and have access to their own car due to the nature of the role

Extras/benefits/incentives for the sales executive:

Full time permanent role
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
International travel fully subsidised
Salary between £25000-£35000 (depending on experience)
Commission is uncapped, around £20000 on first year and after £35-£50k is rough team average.
