Our client is looking for an experienced Quality analyst from a call centre environment to aid the Quality & Control Manager in spearheading the delivery of top-notch Quality and Performance.

Main responsibilities:

* Conduct call sampling for high-quality standards.
* Analyse data to refine working practices and host informative sessions for team development.
* Identify and suggest training needs.
* Perform quality checks on letters/emails.

Candidate Qualifications:

* Proficiency in assessing, quality checking, or auditing administrative tasks.
* Skills in staff coaching, feedback delivery, and coaching experience.
* Background in a financial services environment.
