Working for a well established and market leading Lloyd's Brokers within their Essex Office. Working within their Operations department, supporting the business units in the technical processing and documentation and support. Hybrid Available - progression available



Operations Technician



Main Duties:



* processing of risk and premium bordeaux data.
* This role is responsible for working with cover holders to resolve queries
* Coordinate and liaise with our offshore team regarding the processing (from a data and accounting entry point of view) of the risk and premium bordeaux being sent in by the over holders each month;

* Work with underwriters and cover holders to resolve data queries raised in trying to process the bordereaux through our systems;
* Create Excel reports (risk bordereaux and payables/premium bordereaux) to send on to our carriers
* Suggest and support the implementation of process improvements.



Essential Skills Required:

* Previous experience from an Insurance support background
* Knowledge of Insurance documentation
* Good Excel experience



Desirable:

* Good organisational skills
* knowledge of the bordereaux process
*

What you need to know:

* Permanent role
* Based in essex - 3 days office and 2 days working from home
* Salary between £25,000 to £30,000
