Our client, an established firm of Building Surveyors has an exciting new opportunity for a Permanent Administrator to join their team.

Reporting to the senior management, you will assist with all general administration duties such as:

* Monitoring emails
* Arranging routes for surveyors
* Liaising effectively with clients
* Answering calls promptly
* Preparing documentations
* Logging service calls
* Working closely with colleagues and management to run effective processes.

To be considered for this role you will need:

* Excellent IT skills
* Great customer service experience
* Steady work history

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
