**Job Title: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance or Reach Licence)**

**Salary:** £13.36 per hour
**Job Type:** Temp to Perm (leading to a full-time contract after 13 weeks)
**Start Date:** ASAP (after successful site tour and interview)
**Working Hours:** Rotating Shift Pattern

AM Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
PM Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Allington, Maidstone. The ideal candidate will hold a valid accredited FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach) and be available for immediate start. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, transitioning to a full-time contract after 13 weeks.

Responsibilities:
Assisting in the retrieval of pallets from racking for picking operatives
Loading and unloading goods in the Goods In and Out departments
Putting away and palletised stock movement across the site
Ensuring efficient and safe operation of the forklift at all times
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
Valid accredited FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
Ability to work rotating shift patterns (AM/PM)
Experience in a similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
Availability to start immediately following a successful site tour and interview
