Based from their regional offices (great working environment, , this is an opportunity to play a crucial role in managing customer experience and driving it forwards across the company.

Day to day, you will be involved with all areas of complaint management from customer interaction and evidence gathering, policy application, identifying and presenting solutions, ensuring fulfilment of regulatory requirement, identifying trends, working cross functionally to implement training and procedure improvement, and producing reports and regulatory liaison!And, much more!


Mon-Fri 37,5 hr week (flexi time!) - based locally! Ideal chance to build work life balance, or migrate your career to the local market
Salary + benefits - appropriate to experience level

Experience from any sector considered albeit complaints handling/management within a regulated sector is preferred- either as part of a customer services role, or as a previous/current job!
