The Historic Dockyard Chatham, the best preserved of all Georgian dockyards, is the world’s most complete dockyard of the Age of Sail. This HR Manager will play a pivotal role in positively shaping our organisation culture and supporting our people to enable them to perform at their best. We are looking for someone who can manage the human resources function efficiently supporting us to deliver on our charitable goals.

This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws, and supporting our team to perform at their best. You will be a key player in driving HR strategies, managing employee relations, and enhancing our recruitment and onboarding processes.
