Join a Leading UK Medical Device Manufacturer as a compliance officer.

We're seeking a meticulous and detail-orientated Compliance Officer to join a dynamic team. If you have a passion for quality assurance and regulatory affairs, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact on our clients Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all Quality Assurance production and packing related documentation, including scanning, filling, collating, and controlling documents essential for product release.

2. Assess packing materials and review competed packing records daily to ensure they meet high standards set.

3. Maintain a robust document control system under the guidance of the Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs Manager (QARAM).

4. Ensure both physical and electronic filing systems are organised and up to date to support the QA and QC teams effectively.

5. Scan and archive important records such as batch history files, test results, and quality agreements.

6. Assist in the creation and distribution of various quality, distributor, and supplier agreements.

7. Type up minutes for complaints meetings and regular quality meetings to ensure accurate record keeping.

8. Input data into MS SharePoint with precision and efficiency.

9. Support the paper trail element of complaint investigations to help maintain high standards.

10. Ensure all Quality Management documents are accurately filed both physically and electronically.

Skills & Knowledge:

* Minimum of 6 GCSE's
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Methodical and accurate approach
* Strong communication skills

Experience:

* Proficiency in general computer skills, including data entry and trending results.
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel for document formatting and spreadsheet management
