Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

CAF are looking for a motivated and hands-on Solution Architect to join our busy and energetic IT department and take role is a key to helping us delivery on our technology aspirations.

As a Solution Architect you will:
- Report to CTO on all matters related to IT Architecture and governance.
- Collaborate with IT and Business Stakeholders to provide strategic solutions architecture.
- Work to develop an integrated view of the IT architecture, using repeatable approaches, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques
- Own and manage program of IT assessments and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal projects to provide consultancy, support and solutions designs.
- Improve maturity of the Architecture function alongside the existing team.

Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in IT as an Architect role or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
- Proven experience in IT Architecture and governance.
- Working knowledge of IT project and software delivery lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, administration and time management skills.
- Cloud (Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, Office 365, Azure, cloud security)
- Applications (.NET, MS Dynamics, MS SQL Server, MS SSRS)
- Security (OWASP, firewalls, ISO27001)
- Good working knowledge of TOGAF
- Good analysis and business analysis skills
- Good problem management abilities
- Experience of financial systems
- High energy level and ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
