We work with a diverse range of clients, from small independent publishers to large newspaper organizations, helping them to deliver their content to a global audience.

We’re looking for an energetic, organized and motivated individual to join our Account Management team in a brand new position. As an Account Executive you will work alongside our Account Managers and play a vital role in our client’s success. You will support our clients with day-to-day requests and provide support to our Account Managers where required.

This is an exciting opportunity that will provide a route into Account Management. To succeed in this role you must be tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly, be a great communicator and juggle multiple client requests, therefore organization is key!

You will become an expert at using the PageSuite Portal and have a great understanding of the PageSuite product range. Your role will see you supporting our customers and ensuring they are fully-utilizing our platform, whilst looking out for any upsell opportunities that can be passed over to our Account Managers.

You will work under a team of Account Managers, all dedicated to specific clients or regions. From time-to-time you may be required to attend calls or meetings outside of your usual working hours. You may also be expected to attend on-site client meetings and international events.

This role is currently remote, but you will be expected to attend the office for training and regular monthly meetings.

Responsibilities:

- Check-in with clients to ensure they are making the most of the PageSuite Platform and deal with all requests
- Track any support tickets that are raised by your group of clients to our support team, understand the problems and the resolution
- Help identify upsell and growth opportunities to contribute to our company revenue target
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping on top of all feature releases and product roadmap initiatives. Be proficient in using the PageSuite Portal.
- Work closely with our Account Managers, encourage knowledge sharing, sharing industry updates and other information to improve knowledge across the team
- Understand the publishing market and the competitive landscape
- Feedback client feature requests to the Product team so that they can be prioritized for development on the core product
