The candidate will have prior experience in an office environment and will be expected to have a proficient working knowledge of Word and Excel.
A high standard of written and spoken English is a necessity to be able to communicate with staff, customers and suppliers.
The job requirements will include answering the telephone and emails, processing orders, raising Job Sheets, raising invoices and purchase orders, ordering and managing supplies, managing Excel Production and Order Schedules, dealing with Quality Requirements, some typing of documents and filing.
Candidates who are also able to assist with marketing (social media and Mailchimp/mailshots and exhibitions etc) and Quality Requirements would be particularly welcome.
The job requires an ability to work under pressure, strong organization skills and attention to detail. The job also requires an ability to work independently and to prioritise tasks but at the same time, be part of a team.
This is a full- time position (38 hours a week) with standard office hours and office based.
A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with experience.
