An exciting opportunity within a multifaceted, Lloyds Broker who have an international footprint as well as a vibrant UK retail market presence.

The Compliance & Operations Co-ordinator will sit within the UK retail section, providing Compliance First Line of Defence function, liaising with the Operations Directors and the Managing Directors to ensure that the appropriate systems and controls are in place to ensure the business meets its regulatory requirements.



Some examples of responsibilities …

* Responsibility for delivery of a robust First Line of Defence (1LOD) framework, working with the Operations Directors & Managing Directors.
* Being the conduit between the Risk & Compliance Team , being the Second Line of Defence Team (2LOD)
* Liaise with the 2LOD team to implement within the Compliance Monitoring Framework.
* Ownership. Development and implementation of the Annual Compliance Plan.
* Own the successful delivery of monitoring reviews carried out by internal and external auditors, ensuring that issues identified are followed through to conclusion.
* Provision of monthly Compliance Report

What you need to show …

* Experience within a general insurance Compliance / Operations role
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations
* Ability to work with own initiative
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* A collaborative approach
