Locum Residential Conveyancer required in the East Grinstead, Sussex

This role will be office based covering an existing caseload of freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownerships, matrimonial and probate sales.

Our client is an established high street practice offering a range of legal services including Property, Private Client, Family law and Litigation.

The successful individual will be supported by an additional conveyancer and secretarial support. You must be familiar with Case Management systems (particularly “DPS”) and be IT literate.

Locum contract due to start ASAP, length of contract TBC.

Generous hourly/daily rates on offer, home/remote working may be considered 1 day per week otherwise this role will be mainly office based.
