Our client a community service provider are looking for a permanent Administrator to join their small friendly team.



Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:



* Providing an efficient and effective customer services to anybody contacting the office either by phone or email
* Providing admin support to social workers and support staff
* Organising, managing and completing post meeting actions
* Replenishing office supplies
* Managing office budget and petty cash

To be considered for this role, you will need:

* 5 Year's unbroken work history
* Experience of Equal Opportunity Policies
* Excellent Interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00 pm plus 6 Saturdays a year 9am to 1pm
