We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our client's skincare beauty products pop-up shop based in a well-known shopping centre in Dartford on a temporary basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the retail stand, engaging with customers to promote and sell our client's skincare beauty products, and occasionally operating the till to process payments. As a key holder, you will also be responsible for opening and closing the unit and supporting a small team to deliver outstanding customer service. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

* Supervising day-to-day retail operations
* Selling skincare beauty products to the public
* Offering product advice and excellent customer service
* Occasional use of the till to handle transactions
* Opening and closing the stand
* Supporting and motivating team members during shifts

Previous retail or supervisory experience is essential, along with strong communication and leadership skills and confidence in customer engagement and sales. You will be reliable, punctual, trustworthy with a professional appearance and attitude.
