My client, a well-established Maintenance company, is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in finance and gain valuable hands-on experience. Full support will be provided for AAT study, making this role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly and monthly expenses
Input purchase invoices
Reconcile supplier statements and process payments
Resolve purchase disputes professionally and efficiently
Collate and submit overtime hours for monthly payroll
Manage holiday and sickness forms, and uniform requests

Organised and reliable, with a proactive mindset
Open and hands-on approach to daily tasks
Strong communication skills across all levels
